Beautiful Food - Beautiful Body.
When Sophie Michell became a chef, her love affair with food meant that her figure suffered from cooking and eating whatever she fancied. Realising that this was effecting her health as a sufferer of chronic fatigue syndrome, Sophie began to devise her own recipes, which included the foodstuffs she loved but avoided those that made her tired and overweight. The result is a collection of recipes that could grace any gourmet restaurant table, but which your body will love as much as your taste buds.
From Balinese Coconut and Banana Pancakes at breakfast to Slow-roasted Pork with Sage and Apple Butter for dinner, the host of stunning recipes means that eating healthily is never a chore. And because no one can be good
all the time, a selection of divine desserts make for tempting sweet treats.
