Every day Harriet's father is out at sea with the shrimping fleet, while she hunts for shrimps in the deep rock pools. Until one day, suddenly, there are no shrimps. Something, or someone, has magicked them away.
Out collecting shells one pale, misty morning, Harriet meets a stranger - the mysterious sea piper. Perhaps he holds the key? If only Harriet can persuade him to help . . .
