When Angela Warren is killed in a car crash, her widowed husband Ralph single-handedly raises their son, Danny. The relationship between father and son is a very special one, and the memory of Angela is ever present. But Danny desperately wants someone to fill the hole in his father's life that Angela's death has so clearly created.
