Two-cassette set
Stuart Wilde, in his inimitable manner, reminds us that happiness ought to be a natural part of our lives. Somehow, he points out, we often get so caught up in the frenetic pace of modern living that we get disconnected from that inner part of ourselves that naturally rests in a state of equilibrium, peace, and at-one-ness. In the craziness of life, we have to make sure we don't lose sight of the beauty, the calm, and the purpose of all things.
If we could reach the point within our minds where we have few, or perhaps, no thoughts at all, then that natural love and goodness that comes up from our hearts, the connections we have with all things, would spring forth, and we would enter a state of perpetual happiness!
