Bob Eggleton is a multiple winner of the Hugo award for Best Artist and is one of the most original and influential fantasy and science fiction artists of our time. This new collection of his work spans his visions of space, landscapes of earth and creatures of fantasy and horror, and includes new paintings published here for the first time.
These paintings are themed around the idea of a time capsule sent to aliens, showing them Earth and our visions of their world. These visions are not like any found before in a time capsule - paintings of primeval dinosaurs and pet monsters, moody castles and cliffs represent our planet while Bob has dreamed up visions of space crafts and alien creatures in an effort to communicate with other worlds.
