A fairytale castle surrounded by rainbows stands high on a sandstone escarpment way above the sleepy village of Wattle Gum.
The townsfolk tell of a fearsome old man who has lived there for more than 100 years. No-one dares approach – no-one except newcomers Joey and Jolie.
Their chance encounter with a mysterious boy in a lake and his talking magpie lures them across the escarpment’s threshold, where they quickly unravel the castle’s mysteries. The castle’s owner, GOM, is guardian of Leprechaun Gold and gatekeeper to all the dimensions.
But sinister forces soon separate the twins when an evil monster Magwart steals some gold and whisks Joey off to another dimension. Joey must battle Magwart and Jo must meet her arch nemesis the Seamstress to retrieve the stolen gold, save the world and find a place they can call home.
