Gandali the humpback whale, was born in the clear waters of a tropical sea. His mother had come here so that her calf would be warm and safe as he grew strong. Gandali's mother is always with him, wherever he goes. Gandali likes looking at the turtles and the coral in the warm tropical water. So does his mother.
One day she tells him they must set off on along journey. All humpbacks do. Gandali doesn't want to go, but his mother says they must. So begins their journey for the Antarctic continent where Gandali finally feels at home.
