For a fiend, good behaviour will simply NOT tolerated. A fiend is gruesome and ghastly. They trample and terrify, glare and scare, roar and holler! Filbert, however, is a good little fiend. He helps old women with their shopping and enjoys a spot of bird watching.
One day at school, Filbert is banished to the grassy Good Step for being too good. There, he (literally) bumps into Florinda the Angel, sent home from Angel School for not being good enough. Together, they concoct a plan that will ensure that everyone will finally be happy with them just as they are: a not so fiendish fiend and a not quite perfect angel!
