Working in a small studio with simple lighting, Kirby uses digital technology to flawlessly transform images of models, props, and small-scale sets into dramatic composites. Packed with DIY solutions for big looks, this book is sure to stoke your creative fires! AUTHOR: UK based Rayment Kirby started his photographic career as a photographer in the Royal Air Force when he did his Nation Service in the early 1950s. After that, he worked in a colour-processing lab, and then went on to a large London Studio. Here, he assisted photographers in the fields of food, fashion, and advertising. After this, he set up his own London studio and went on to shoot assignments for clients in the fashion, advertising, book publishing and music industry. He writes for the photographic press and take photographs for picture agencies both in UK and abroad. He also built and designed large format cameras. More recently, his interest in the art nude genre has returned and coupled with his work with the computer, it has enabled him to incorporate the fantasy element he enjoys into his pictures.
