Heppie and Hitch live in a disused factory, where their dreamer of a dad, Mo, is trying to set up a film studio. But when their landlord dies, new owner Bartholomew Holt determines to drive them out. Soon the factory becomes a terrifying place, as Holt and his Iron Fist Security Corps put on the pressure. But who is following the children, leaving at trail of wet footprints, and whose hand is it pressed against the window pane? Hitch and Heppie brace themselves to find out . . .
