Red rivers melted the cliffs and flowed into the sea. The land dragon headed north. She needed a safe place. A place to dig. She arrived late. Others had already dug their burrows and now protected their territory. The night would bring the cold. The land dragon needed shelter. She pressed herself under a ledge of rock. All the small caves had been taken. She started to climb. Through the lava plains and forests of steam she finally got to the rim. The dragon looked down the steep, rocky slope to the floor of the volcano. Not all would survive.
Follow the little land dragon on an exciting journey in the often amazing, often terrifying setting of the Galapagos volcanoes.
