An enchantress casts a spell on a selfish prince, turning him into a monstrous beast. His only hope of returning to normal is to find a girl to love him before his twenty-first birthday. All seems lost, until one day an old man is imprisoned in the Beast's castle and is rescued by his brave daugher, Belle.
