This second cookbook from the hugely successful ABC magazine, 'Delicious', boasts a collection of scrumptious lunch menus for all occasions.
Food Editor Valli Little has combined her favourite recipes from the magazine with a host of new creations to produce a variety of lunch menus that include Italian Lunch, Lunch To Go, Low-fat Lunch and Special Occasion Lunch. Each menu features four recipes, along with helpful tips and hints, like menu planners and shopping lists, to ensure the book gives readers all the tools they need to prepare the perfect lunch.
And to promote Delicious's strong relationship with local and international celebrity chefs, the book boasts menus from six regular contributors to the magazine, including Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Maggie Beer, and Bill Granger. Like the other menus in the book, each will be centred around a different theme.
