Join the deep sea doctor as he does his rounds in a submarine. He helps a shark with a toothache, a racing seahorse who cannot see, a whale who is sad, and all kinds of ocean creatures with all kinds of problems.
But one day something goes wrong with his submarine and Doctor Dean has to call on the ocean creatures to help him.
