Every day we’re bombarded with messages that prompt us to buy more crap – or buy into more crap. The result is that we end up jumping on the crapwagon and filling our lives and heads with junk – with the mistaken belief that it will make us happier or more fulfilled. Crap – by definition – is stuff we don’t really need, from processed food to fast fashion. Cut the Crap will focus on ways of sorting the crap from the truth, on working out what’s really meaningful and important, and doing away with stuff we don’t really need.
