Fast-paced, high-tech action from the best-selling author of 'White Desert'.
On a quiet road in Tuscany, a photographer lies in wait for the perfect shot. His target, a brand-new Ferrari driven by his best friend, Casey.
As the peace is pushed aside by the roar of the engine, and the car leaps into view over the crest of a hill, the photographer's life suddenly falls apart. The Ferrari skews off the road, killing the driver instantly, and in a nearby field a helicopter plunges to the ground.
Devastated by the death of his friend, Fraser seeks less dangerous work photographing motorsport meetings. It is on one of these assignments that he is approached by Anna, a mysterious Italian woman, who convinces him that Casey's death was not what it seemed. She has damning evidence regarding a new technologically advanced weapon being developed by the Russians. It was this electronic systems disrupter that affected both Casey's car and the helicopter.
Fraser suddenly finds himself drawn into a dangerous venture to capture one of these weapons and stepping delicately between the chilling face of the Russian Mafia, Chechnyan rebels and Al Quaida mercenaries. One mistake will mean the end of not only his life, but that of the woman he has come to love.
