Busy Izzy and Newly Truly - The Big Surprise! written by Roxanne Kiely and illustrated by Jeesoo Kim, is a great new story book about the adventures of Busy Izzy, a vivacious and capable 12-year-old girl, and her newly-adopted puppy, "Newly Truly". As her friends know, "Busy Izzy always knew what to do." The story concerns our hero, Busy Izzy, becoming aware of the plight of the poor forgotten animals which pass through the S.P.C.A. (The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.,the worldwide organisation which, in Australia, has "Royal" in front of its name).
