The daughter of royalty, plucky Merida dreams of one day becoming a great archer, but this unlikely choice of career leads to a clash of wills with her mother. Merida then recklessly makes a choice that has catastrophic consequences for her father's kingdom and her mother's life. To put things right, Merida must battle against the forces of nature, magic, and a dark, ancient curse.
