An exceptionally active architectural scene has been developing in Biel for some time. Its protagonists include Jurg Bart and Stephan Buchhofer. Following numerous competition successes, the architects have produced an impressive volume of work in the last 18 years. Their buildings and conversions are developed in a very considered manner.
