Behind Marco's house there is a paddock. Behind Nam's house there is a paddock, too; and behind Steffi's and Carlo's and Mitch's houses. And in this huge paddock, just about every day, the friends play soccer for the World Cup. All the kids are Australian - but they play for the country they came from. They play because they love soccer.
One day Marco kicks the ball over a fence and meets a new neighbour, Henry, who is from Kenya. He'd love to play too, but soccer is a joyful game and Henry is too sad to play. His sister is in hospital. The day comes when Henry's sister is not sick any more, and Henry shows that he's an amazing footballer!
