Mandy Hope loves animals more than anything else. She knows quite a lot about them too: both her parents are vets and Mandy helps out in their surgery, Animal Ark.
Mandy and her family join a village trip to London during the summer holidays. On a visit to Buckingham Palace, Mandy spots a cute labrador puppy, who poses for James's camera then runs off. Sightings of the puppy all over town confuse Mandy - until she reads about a missing litter of pups. Can Mandy help track them all down?
