Mandy's dad diagnoses an undersize Old English Sheepdog puppy as deaf. Mandy feels sorry for it. But it isn't until she finds another Sheepdog pup abandoned and in a bad way, that she and james begin to be suspicious. Could a local breeder be to blame for the condition of these puppies?
