Andy Pandy is tying up a special parcel with string, but he gets all tangled up and the ball of string rolls away. Then Tiffo the dog finds the ball of string and tosses it here, there and everywhere! Poor Andy has to follow a trail of string all over Andy Pandy Land to find the ball of string and finish wrapping his parcel.
