On 20 November 1991, Sorrel Wilby and her husband Chris Ciantar became the first people ever to traverse the highest, wildest and toughest mountain range known to man. Commencing their expedition in June 1990, the Australian duo trekked 6500 kilometers from the banks of the mighty Indus in Pakistan to the banks of the Brahmaputra in India's restricted tribal State, Arunachal Pradesh.
