A side of military life that has never been written about honestly before - Theodore Knell is searingly frank about his time in - and after - the SAS.
Very insightful, genuine, some may say it should have been left untold...
This book is not for the light hearted. A genuine recount of a mans life, from a harsh and relentless childhood with a careless and unwanting family, military service including the SAS where bad memories unknowingly manifest, to life after it all and struggling to cope with everything thrown at him from birth. It is written in such a way you will be taken away to a worse place and be left sitting alone, just thinking of how lucky you really are. You will never judge a 'book' by it's cover again.....ever. A must read for anyone, especially family of service and ex-service personnel.
