The year is 1972. The place: the Oval Office, Washington D.C. Bradley Marshall has been an envoy for three presidents, negotiated with kings and dictators, the world's foremost liars. Now he stands before another U.S. President. "Peace," Nixon says to Marshall, "is in your hands."
South Vietnam is already lost. But Wilson Abbot Lord, senior CIA agent in Saigon, believes that the U.S. gave up on it too easy. And for that, he blames Bradley Marshall. As the South Vietnamese Government crumbles, Wilson Lord vows never to forget Marshall's culpability...
